Pregnancy is the most beautiful journey and each and every moment is a special one. There are so many emotions that we go through when we find out that we are expecting. Everything about your life changes, your thought process, decisions, priorities and even your diet. First trimester is considered quite crucial.

These are some realy good tips that will help moms soon-to-be a lot. Staying hydrated and eating healthy does make a lot of difference during pregnancy.
I joined pre natal classes during my first pregnancy in 3 trimester. The breathing exercise were so helpful during my delivery.
